Refund and Returns Policy
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in its original packaging.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via phone or email. You will be informed of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your account or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded, and delivery charges are not refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at zateen19@gmail.com and send the item to our registered address.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should mail it to our registered address. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. These shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refunded amount.
The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary based on your location.
For expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
